'I love it. I wanted to share this strategy with you. That's it. That's the whole episode. Try it, try it, see if you love it.'
Takeaway:'It's like being at a party wishing someone would come say hi and then someone does and you're like, oh thank God. Someone came and said hi to me and we can talk. I don't have to go do that, you know, so it's kind, it's kind to say hi first.'
Takeaway:'It's kind to say hi first. It's kind to be like, "Hey, can I help you? Do you have questions? How are you?" It's just such a really cool thing to do and I'm liking it. So I wanted to share that with you and I think it's customer service oriented.'
Takeaway:'If you had a store and someone came into your store and let's say you sell candles, someone comes into your candle store and they're looking at your candles on the shelf. Like sometimes I follow programs and coaches and whatever I want to buy, and I wish they would just start the conversation with me so that that ice is broken.'
Takeaway:'In a world of AI and chatbots, which are wonderful and have their place, no doubt. Sometimes I think we forget that that personal touch, that personal customer service goes so far.'
Takeaway:'I will go into my email service provider... I will see who clicked on that email... I will go in and see everybody who clicked on my sales page... I will send a letter of individual note, an individual email to every person who clicks on my sales page... It's so simple. It just says, "Hi first name. I noticed that you might be interested in offer name, and I wanted to reach out and see if you had any questions, or if there's anything I can do to support you. All my best, Jenny." That's it.'
