'If I show up to you and say, 'Hey, I've got this really cool way of re-engaging your email list'... you're gonna buy when I tell you about that... whereas if... I show up and say, 'Do you find it really hard to come up with ideas for what to put in your emails?'... It's the same product because it contains all of these things.'
Takeaway:'In our case, it was an accelerator... it was an eight-week program... you're gonna do it in eight weeks when most people take a year... with a coach who coaches them through the best stuff.'
Takeaway:'I thought that would then lead to them working with me... but realistically, it got them to a point where they were like, 'Oh, I've got all this stuff to do'... So I was creating something that got in the way of them actually taking the next step.'
Takeaway:'If you can reduce the number of stages, you're gonna end up with more people seeing the Rome offer... I see a lot of people have all these... the person needs to get through six steps.'
